Karen Baillie Spoke at NACUA Conference

Schnader partner Karen Baillie participated in a panel discussion titled “FLSA Higher Education Update: What color is your collar?” on June 26 at 3:00 p.m. at the National Association of College and University Attorneys Annual Conference.  The conference took place from June 26 – 29 in San Francisco. Ms. Baillie’s panel discussed the U.S. Department of Labor’s proposed changes to the FLSA’s overtime regulations, the calculation of overtime in the face of creative pay practices, and common FLSA issues in higher education.
