On April 13, 2007 Michael Bock moderated a plenary session at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The topic of the program was “Lessons Learned: Up Front Choices and Project Structure–Does It Make a Difference?” Michael discussed the project structuring of PNC Park, Heinz Field, and the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and the results of each system.
