Letwin and Smith Spoke at the 2008 Airports Council International Annual Conference and Exhibition

On September 20, 2008 by Schnader

Jeffrey Letwin, managing partner of Schnader’s Pittsburgh office, chaired the Legal Committee meeting at the 2008 Airports Council International (ACI) Annual Conference and Exhibition held in Boston, Massachusetts on September 20, 2008.  Eric Smith, who co-chairs Schnader’s Aviation Group, served as a speaker at the meeting, discussing new developments in litigation affecting airports and aviation interests.

That year, for the first time since 2001, ACI World and ACI-North America joined together to host the leading aviation conference and exhibition in North America.  ACI–North America represents local, regional and state governing bodies that own and operate commercial airports in the United States and Canada.  The organization’s members enplane more than 95 percent of the domestic and virtually all the international airline passenger and cargo traffic in North America.
