On August 5, 2022 by SchnaderOn October 18, Stephenie Wingyuen Yeung presented a roundtable webinar for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), “Navigating the Changing Landscape of U.S. Privacy Laws.”
The year 2023 promises to be an exciting year for privacy. The California Privacy Rights Act will become effective on January 1, 2023. Newly minted state privacy laws from Virginia, Colorado, Utah and Connecticut will likewise go into effect during the year. Federal privacy legislation may also be on the horizon.
