Noel Fleming Presents at AFP NJ Southern Chapter Educational Breakfast Meeting

Schnader partner Noel A. Fleming presented on the topic of ethics and fundraising at the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Jersey Southern Chapter Educational Breakfast Meeting on September 18 in our Cherry Hill offices.

Mr. Fleming is a member of Schnader’s Business Services department and Corporate and Nonprofit Organizations practice groups. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law and governance, charitable trusts, federal, state and local tax matters, fiduciary duties, charitable fund raising and related matters. Mr. Fleming serves on the Board of Directors of several local nonprofit, charitable organizations and is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Charitable Organizations Committee.
