Philadelphia Paralegals Education Conference 2006

On October 6, 2006 by Schnader

On October 6, 2006, The Philadelphia Paralegals Education Conference 2006 was held at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, with approximately 150 paralegals in attendance. Schnader participation included Natasha Gonzales Rojas of the Family Law Department, who presented a session titled “Child Custody Reform Under Senate Bill 74;” Barbara Nield, also of the Family Law Department, who is co-chair of the Education Committee; and Ralph Wellington, who presented the keynote address. Ralph’s remarks, titled “The Noble Pursuit of Justice,” focused on the significant role paralegals can play in providing pro bono services to those in need, using both the tradition at Schnader and the activities of many of its paralegals as examples of what can be done.
