Ralph Wellington Presented “The Barnes Foundation: A Personal Vision” at the American College of Trial Lawyers 2013 Regional Meeting

On May 11, 2013, Ralph G. Wellington presented “The Barnes Foundation: A Personal Vision” at the American College of Trial Lawyers 2013 Regional Meeting for Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Wellington discussed the history of Dr. Barnes, the trust indenture, and the issues related to the last 10 years of legal hurdles culminating in the building of the new museum in Philadelphia.

Founded in 1950 and considered the premier professional trial organization in America, the American College of Trial Lawyers is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession.
