Ralph Wellington Spoke about Lawyering in the Fine Arts at University of Pennsylvania Law School
On January 31, 2018 by SchnaderRalph G. Wellington spoke at the University of Pennsylvania Law School about “Lawyering in the Fine Arts” on January 31, 2018. Wellington addressed law students and faculty in a discussion about litigating and managing legal arts issues.
Wellington, who served as Chairman of the Firm from 1998 to 2010, has extensive experience serving as an arbitrator or mediator in numerous complex disputes; as an attorney in significant litigation and business matters throughout the United States; and as an active appellate advocate. He litigated the Barnes Foundation’s successful multi-year move from Lower Merion into Center City. He has additionally served as a board member for the Mann Center for the Performing Arts and the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyer for the Arts.
