Ralph Wellington Spoke at Railroad Conference

Partner Ralph G. Wellington spoke at the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel Fall Meeting in La Jolla, California. He discussed an “Update on Gottshall-Related Trends and Cases” on September 25, 2017.

The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel was formed to create an educational forum for defense trial counsel for the discussion and consideration of issues arising from litigation affecting the railroad industry.
