Karen Baillie will speak about “Remote Work Accommodations: A Brave New World or Same Old, Same Old?” at the Annual Conference of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on June 28, 2022. Registration available here.

The conference sessions will address the legal landscape around remote work as an accommodation, the best practices for evaluating remote work requests, mistakes and lessons learned, and more.
