Richard Barkasy Presented Ethics Webinar

Creditors Rights and Business Restructuring Co-Chair Richard A. Barkasy presented the Lorman Education Services webinar “Ethics Issues for Bankers and Lawyers with Secured Transactions” on March 9, 2016. He discussed the issues faced by secured creditors in perfecting and enforcing their bargained-for interests. Mr. Barkasy also explored recent Second Circuit and Delaware Supreme Court decisions regarding the filing of UCC-3 termination statements.
