Creditors” Rights and Business Restructuring Chair Richard A. Barkasy presented the Lorman webinar “Delaware Collection Law Update” on September 14, 2016.

He discussed post-judgment discovery and execution procedures available to enforce judgments in Delaware.  Topics included demand letters, compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, settlement structures, fraudulent conveyances, and preserving claims in bankruptcy court.
