Robert Collings Presented on Inventory Rule

Energy & Environmental Practice Group Co-chair Robert L. Collings spoke at The Knowledge Group webinar, TSCA’s New Amendments to the Inventory Rule: Are You Ready for What Lies Ahead? on October 26, 2017. The webinar discussed amendments to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which authorized the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to reevaluate its existing chemical substances inventory. The Inventory Rule requires manufacturers and importers to report to the EPA the chemicals manufactured and processed in the past 10 years. Topics included: an overview of the amended inventory rule, regulatory exemptions and best practices for compliance.
