Schnader Attorneys Gave CLE on Ethics

Schnader partners Karen Baillie, Alice Sacks Johnston and Keith Whitson presented a CLE program titled “Ethical Considerations: When an Executive’s Interests are Adverse to the Company’s Interests” on April 27, 2016 in Pittsburgh. This presentation focused on recent court decisions and issue-spotting for both in-house and outside counsel in those situations in which the interests of the corporation and the corporation’s executives might diverge. The event was organized by the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Western Pennsylvania Chapter.
