Schnader Attorneys Present at DRI’s Product Liability Conference

Saul Wilensky and Harris Neal Feldman presented at the 2011 DRI Product Liability Conference “Crisis Prevention & Management: Product Liability at the Speed of Light” on Thursday, April 7, 2011. Mr. Wilensky and Mr. Feldman spoke at a specialized litigation session on recreational products titled “Obligations of and Jurisdiction Over Foreign Manufacturers.” Matthew J. Kelly, Jr., an associate in the Firm’s New York office, assisted with the presentation. DRI is an international organization of attorneys defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation. The organization provides numerous educational and informational resources to DRI members and offers many opportunities for discussion and collaboration among and between defense trial lawyers, corporate America, and state and local defense organizations.
