Schnader Attorneys Present CLE Seminar “Judgment Enforcement”

Schnader attorneys Richard A. Barkasy and James R. Costello, II presented a CLE seminar for Lorman Education Services titled “Judgment Enforcement.” The seminar focused on discussing practical techniques for collecting money and avoiding liability including: exploring proper recording techniques to protect and enforce judgments; steering clear of collection problems and enforcing a judgment without worry; steps to take when a debtor files for bankruptcy; and determining what property can be executed against and what is exempt.
