Schnader Attorneys Presented at DELVACCA In-House Counsel Conference

Schnader attorneys Judge Timothy K. Lewis and Nancy Winkelman presented at the private DELVACCA In-House Counsel Conference on Monday, April 16, 2012 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Philadelphia. The presentation was a mock trial argument of the Supreme Court case regarding the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Ms. Winklelman argued the government’s position on the PPACA individual mandate. Judge Lewis was on a panel of judges with in-house counsel.
