Schnader Attorneys Presented at DELVACCA’s Ethics and Compliance CLE Institute

Fleischer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Sallie Mae Bank, to present “Conflict and Privilege Pitfalls: When Your Interests or the Corporate Family’s Interests Diverge” at DELVACCA’s Ethics and Compliance CLE Institute on August 8, 2013 in Philadelphia, PA. In-house counsel and companies face potential conflicts of interest and the risk of losing attorney-client privilege when interests diverge between the company and its affiliates/subsidiaries or between in-house counsel and the company.
