Schnader Attorneys Presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 16th Annual Real Estate Institute

Barry E. Bressler and Fred W. Hoensch presented the seminar “Sheriff’s Sales: Lien Priority, Bidding Strategy and Post-Sale Distributions” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 16th Annual Real Estate Institute on December 5, 2012 in Philadelphia, PA. The seminar was part of an annual two-day event featuring workshops, seminars and presentations from the some of the top real estate practitioners in eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Bressler and Mr. Hoensch focused on residential and commercial foreclosure sales from the lender’s perspective and discussed covering poundage, bids price, reassessments, real estate taxes, municipal taxes, easements, title issues, 1st & 2nd loans, and dealing with the IRS.
