Taylor joined Rahsan Boykin, Senior Counsel – IT, Sourcing and Operations at GE Capital to present “Cloud Computing – A Transactional and Litigation Perspective” at DELVACCA’s 5th Annual In-House Counsel Conference on April 23, 2013 in Philadelphia, PA. The seminar presented and discussed issues inherent in using or providing cloud computing services, both from a transactional and litigation perspective. Issues discussed included risk allocation, liability, intellectual property ownership and protection.
