On January 22, 2014, Schnader partners Roberta A. Barsotti and Roy S. Ross joined a group of speakers to discuss “Perspectives on the Impacts of the Supreme Court DOMA Ruling” held by Wells Fargo Private Bank in Philadelphia, PA. The panelists helped to provide information on the financial, legal and tax implications of the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and the consequences of current and future legislation for LGBT couples (lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender couples).
