Schnader’s Nancy Winkelman Serves as a Course Planner and Faculty Member for a CLE on Appellate Practice

On November 14, 2008 Nancy Winkelman, co-chair of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group and a partner in the Philadelphia office, participated as course planner and faculty in a half-day CLE course sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute titled “Effective Advocacy in the Federal Appellate Courts.” Other faculty included Third Circuit Judges Thomas Ambro, Theodore McKee, and Marjorie Rendell and Third Circuit Court Clerk Marcia Waldron. The course was presented live in Philadelphia and by video in Pittsburgh.
