Scott Wenner Presented at the NYU 67th Annual Conference on Labor Law

On June 5, 2014, Scott J. Wenner presented at the New York University School of Law’s 67th Annual Conference on Labor Law. He offered commentary regarding the use of experts in industrial organization/organizational behavior/social framework analysis in Title VII class actions. Mr. Wenner is an original member of the advisory board of NYU Law School’s Center for Labor & Employment Law.
