Solano and Titus Participate in Pennsylvania Bar Association Appellate SeminarOn September 18, 2008 by Schnader
Carl Solano, a partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office and chair of the Appellate Practice Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Paul Titus, counsel in the Firm’s Pittsburgh office and noted appellate practitioner, were panelists at a program sponsored by the Appellate Practice Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association held in Pittsburgh on September 18, 2008. Other participants included Justice Max Baer of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Judge Joan Orie Melvin of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and Judge M. Hannah Leavitt of the Commonwealth Court.
The program was also held in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on September 23, where Mr. Solano again served as a panelist. Among the panelists at that session were Justice Thomas Saylor of the Supreme Court, Judge Mary Jane Bowes of Superior Court, and Judge Renee Cohn Jubelirer of Commonwealth Court.
The program was held for a third time on September 25 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Solano served as moderator and the panelists included Justice Michael Eakin, Judge Correale Stevens of Superior Court, President Judge Bonnie Leadbetter of Commonwealth Court, former Justice William Lamb, and former Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Byer.
