On February 8, 2006, Carl A. Solano served as a member of the faculty for a seminar titled “Strategies in Drafting and Opposing Petitions for Discretionary Appellate Review,” held at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia. The seminar discussed strategies for litigants in drafting and opposing petitions for discretionary appellate review in Pennsylvania’s appellate courts, including allocatur petitions; King’s Bench petitions; petitions for rehearing en banc or re-argument; and petitions for permission to appeal.
