Taking and Defending Depositions

Dennis Suplee served as co-course planner and presenter for a February 23, 2006 Pennsylvania Bar Institute program titled: “Taking and Defending Depositions,” which has been offered in Philadelphia, Malvern, Mechanicsburg and Pittsburgh during the past few months. The course offered information from top-notch litigators, who provided attendees with winning techniques and strategies for maximizing the return an attorney can get from a deposition. Sam Silver was a presenter in Malvern and Mechanicsburg, and Judy Olson was a presenter when the program was presented in Pittsburgh.

On March 18, 2006, Mr. Suplee also made a presentation to the American College of Bankruptcy in Washington, D.C. on the topic “Taking and Defending Depositions.”
