The Practical Impact of the SCOTUS Decision in the Fourth Estate Case

W. Drew Kastner and Stephenie Wingyuen Yeung are presenting a CLE on “The Practical Impact of the SCOTUS Decision in the Fourth Estate Case” for the Copyright Society of the USA on July 23, 2019. Schnader is also hosting this event.

The program will address the Supreme Court’s Fourth Estate decision, and its practical implications from the perspective of in-house and outside counsel, as well as the view from inside the U.S. Copyright Office. The panel will also address best practices and steps rights holders and their practitioners should consider in this post-Fourth Estate world.

Kastner is Co-Chair of Schnader’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Yeung is Co-Chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, and is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
