On March 19, 2008, Judge Tim Lewis, former judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, spoke at a lunch program co-hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Appellate Courts Committee and the Third Circuit Bar Association. Judge Lewis discussed “The Unique Perspective of Judge-Turned-Litigant” at the event, at the Association’s headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Nancy Winkelman, co-founder and first president of the Third Circuit Bar Association, also attended the program.

The meeting began at 12 p.m. in the 10th floor Board Room of Bar Association Headquarters, 1101 Market St.
