Tim Lewis Spoke at Duquesne University School of Law

Hon. Timothy K. Lewis spoke at the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 20 as a guest of the Student Chapters of the American Constitution Society. The discussion focused on Judge Lewis’ pathway to the bench as well as threats to the independence of the judiciary and how to address them.

Judge Lewis, a former federal appeals judge, is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Constitution Society and serves as a mediator, arbitrator, settlement counselor, and trial and appellate practitioner.
