Tim Lewis Spoke at the American Constitution Society’s National Convention

Hon. Timothy K. Lewis spoke at the American Constitution Society’s 2018 National Convention in Washington, DC, on Friday, June 8 on the panel, “Defending the Third Branch.” Panelists discussed changes to the judiciary throughout history, what can be learned from other democracies’ experiences, and the challenges the judiciary faces in the current political landscape.

Judge Lewis, a former federal appeals judge, is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Constitution Society and serves as a mediator, arbitrator, settlement counselor, and trial and appellate practitioner.
