On Tuesday, May 12, 2015, Schnader was pleased to host “University Speech: Not Always ‘Free,'” a CLE program on the freedom of speech in higher education. Ken Gormley, Dean of Duquesne Law School, joined Schnader attorneys Pedro Ramos, Stephen Shapiro, Carl Solano, Terry LoscalzoRebecca Lacher and Paul Titus for a lively discussion on subjects including student speech codes, faculty speech, social media issues, and nondiscrimination laws.

A maximum of two substantive Pennsylvania CLE credits were available for this program.
