On July 19, 2022, Hon. Timothy K. Lewis spoke on a panel for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, Inc.’s Skills Training Program, “Arbitration Advocacy in the Virtual & Hybrid World.” This event, titled, “What Arbitrators Look for When Deciding the Case,” was the fifth and final session of the Program. The session was intended for both new and experienced practitioners and each session was eligible for 1 New York CLE credit.
During this session, Hon. Timothy K. Lewis and fellow panelists discussed tips and best practices for the final step of the arbitration process, the award, and the new challenges and opportunities experienced as a result of the shifted professional environment to videoconferencing and hybrid proceedings.
