William H. Brown III Spoke at the National Conference on on Equal Employment Opportunity Law

Williams H. Brown III was the keynote speaker at the American Bar Association’s National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law in Rancho Mirage, CA on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Mr. Brown gave the keynote address on the “Modern Justification for Title VII” and then joined a panel to present “Balancing Priorities: The Governmental Role in Title VII Enforcement.” The panelists included current and former EEOC commissioners who explained how resource allocation and shifting priorities have influenced the direction of the EEOC, how the agency deals with investigations today, and the decisions the agency makes on which cases to pursue in court.
