Dispute Resolution
In the area of dispute resolution, we represent clients in appeals before agency boards of contract appeals; lawsuits in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and appeals before the Federal Circuit, as well as other federal, state and local courts; in arbitration proceedings; and in informal alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
