Nicole Leach

    Nicole M. Leach is an Associate in both the Business Services and Litigation Services departments. She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Sports Law and Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations practice groups. Ms. Leach’s Sports Law practice includes representing professional coaches and National Governing Bodies in the sports industry and drafting agreements for sporting events. Her work involves forming corporate entities, negotiating endorsement contracts, and drafting licensing agreements, professional services agreements and sponsorship agreements. Ms. Leach is also part of the firm’s Internal Investigations practice group, where she has experience in conducting internal interviews in response to state court subpoenas.

    Ms. Leach is a former professional track and field athlete with two NCAA Championship wins and two bronze medals at the 2007 Pan American Games. Her community and pro bono focus is on youth and education. She is a member of the Alumni Community Service Group of her alma mater, West Catholic High School. She is also an assistant coach for a local youth track and field club.
