    Former Chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Served as Chief of the Fraud Unit and Deputy District Attorney in Philadelphia. Nationally known in the field of employment discrimination. Experience with alternative dispute resolution. Mediator for Federal District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Arbitrator for American Arbitration Association. Chaired Philadelphia Special Investigation Commission investigating MOVE tragedy in 1985. Judge Pro Tem of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. Mr. Brown has practiced for over 55 years and served on the Firm's Executive Committee from 1983-1987.
