“Beyond the Election: Lobbying on the Local Level in Pennsylvania”On November 2, 2012 by Schnader
James J. Eisenhower and Sara A. Aliabadi authored the article “Beyond the Election: Lobbying on the Local Level in Pennsylvania” in the November 2 edition of the Pittsburgh Business Times. The article discussed the nuances of lobbying on the local level, such as in Philadelphia which has the most complex set of regulations in the Commonwealth. By contrast, Bucks, Chester, Westmoreland, and Allegheny Counties have no codified lobbying regulations. For those counties, rules about lobbying often are determined by the particular township or borough in which an individual is seeking to lobby.
