“Clarification Needed of Amendments to Rule 1925”
On June 13, 2008 by SchnaderBruce Merenstein authored a post for The Legal Intelligencer Blog published on July 13 that examined significant amendments adopted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2007 to Rule 1925 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure, which requires an appellant to list alleged errors by the trial court after a notice of appeal is filed, and amendments proposed by the Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee in March 2008 to Rule 2116, the rule governing the statement of the questions involved in appellate briefs.
