The article describes Scott Wenner’s presentation at the International Bar Association’s 2005 Prague Conference, held the week of September 25, during which he discussed how diversity is essential for a fair and just judicial system. “Life experience shapes the way in which we look at the world,” Scott said. “That must carry over, not only into how the justice system is perceived, but also into what goes on inside the system as well. We need a microcosm of our community in the courthouse.”
