“New OSHA Standards Improve Position from the Start”

Carl J. Schaerf and Harris Neal Feldman co-authored an article “New OSHA Standards Improve Position from the Start,” published in the March 2010 issue of The Indicator, a publication from the Crane Institute of America, Inc. The article focuses on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) new proposed crane standards and on those that lend themselves to new or improved crane product liability defenses in wrongful death or person injury suits.
