Post-Trial Practice and Procedures

On August 1, 2010 by Schnader

Saul Wilensky and Carl Schaerf authored “Preparing and Entering Judgments and Bills of Costs in New York,” a chapter in Post-Trial Practice and Procedures, published by the New York State Bar Association.  The publication is meant to serve as a comprehensive guide to dealing with complex post-trial issues, and covers everything from challenging verdicts before and after the jury has been discharged, to post-verdict setoffs, to understanding the interest categories on damage awards and money judgments.
