“Protecting the ‘Perceived As’ From Workplace Harassment”

Harris Neal Feldman and Joseph J. Langkamer co-authored the article “Protecting the ‘Perceived As’ From Workplace Harassment” that was published by Law360 on June 19, 2012. The Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court recently ruled that an employee may pursue a hostile work environment lawsuit against his employer based on religious slurs directed at the employee because of the employer’s misperception that the employee was Jewish.
