Emma H.C. Lee, partner in the Firm’s New York office, published the article “Regulators Propose Alternatives to Credit Ratings” in The Legal Intelligencer on February 7, 2012. The article discussed the December 2011 announcement by the three federal bank regulatory agencies regarding the proposed amendments to their market risk capital rules that would remove any references to credit ratings in order to comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act passed in 2010.
