“Succeeding at Mediation: Making Lemonade Without Money for Lemons”

Harris Neal Feldman, an associate in the Firm’s Cherry Hill office, authored an article titled “Succeeding at Mediation: Making Lemonade Without Money for Lemons.” The article was published in the July 2009 ADR Supplement of The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Feldman writes that the value of formal mediation should not be discounted because of the current economic climate.
