Harris Neal Feldman, an associate in the Firm’s Cherry Hill office, authored an article titled “Succeeding at Mediation: Making Lemonade Without Money for Lemons.” The article was published in the July 2009 ADR Supplement of The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Feldman writes that the value of formal mediation should not be discounted because of the current economic climate. The article focuses on how to handle the financial challenges of reaching a settlement and offers multiple, non-exhaustive strategies to deal with the possibility of economic roadblocks impeding the mediation process.

Mr. Feldman is a qualified, court-approved state court mediator in New Jersey and is is assigned by the Superior Court of New Jersey to mediate civil cases.
