Texas Plaintiff Takes Another Swing at the “Baseball Rule”

A Texas plaintiff is calling on the Texas Supreme Court to re-write the “Baseball Rule,” a longstanding rule in a majority of states that provides stadium owners and operators with limited immunity from suit from litigious fans. The plaintiff has filed her last chance petition, a petition for rehearing, after already getting turned down once by the Court.
