Hon. Timothy Lewis, co-chair of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group, and Nancy Winkelman, co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation Services Department, co-authored the Novemer 2010 article “The Benefits of Moot Courts: From the Perspectives of an Arguing Attorney and a Judge.” The article, published in For the Defense, examines several key questions about whether, when, and how to hold a moot court.
