The FTC Final Report: Protecting Consumer Privacy in an Era of Rapid Change

A recent Federal Trade Commission report indicates that the Commission would support Congress in creating a centralized website where credit card companies, data brokers and related marketers would allow consumers to see which firms are tracking consumer information, how they collect the data, and to whom they are selling the information.
