Harris Neal Feldman authored the article “Whistleblower Guidance from NJ Appellate Court May Help Employers Keep More CEPA Claims from Reaching a Jury” which was published by Wolters Kluwer in their Employment Law Daily on May 10, 2013. Mr. Feldman’s article discussed a recent appellate court decision on New Jersey’s whistleblower statute that offers immediate guidance to employers seeking early dismissal of such complaints. This is the first of at least two significant whistleblower rulings expected in New Jersey this year.
