Gloria Pichiarello supports partners and associates in the San Francisco office’s Product Liability Practice Group, specifically with lemon law litigation. This group defends an international automobile manufacturer against actions brought by plaintiffs under the Song-Beverly Warranty Consumer Act from inception to settlement or trial. Ms. Pichiarello’s responsibilities include overseeing all settlement-related activities related to vehicle repurchases or cash and keep settlements; corresponding with automotive financial institutions; preparing settlement agreements for all settlements by the lemon law litigation group; and assisting with trial or mediation preparation.
Ms. Pichiarello has been a paralegal for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in automotive warranty, employment discrimination, (both EEOC and DFEH filings), class actions, professional liability, personal injury, products liability, asbestos cases, construction defect, real estate, environmental, toxic tort, and medical malpractice.
