Kimberly Bittinger is a paralegal for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She assists Intellectual Property attorneys with all client matters, particularly handling Trademark prosecution and maintenance and Copyright filings. She is also responsible for maintaining the firm’s Intellectual Property docket, the firm’s U.S. Patent and Trademark Office deposit account, and the Trademark watch services. She has been a paralegal for the Intellectual Property group since 2002. Previously, Kimberly was a litigation paralegal for 6 years.
